Healthy life style

assalamualaikum

i've been attending so many weddings lately and more coming in March including my very close friends' wedding. usually, those who get married are those who are already working. working eventually make our life changed. do you agree with me? i'm not saying that the change should not happen, but it should be directed to a positive way. i see many of my friends getting bigger than they used to be in highschool or university. they definitely not obese but they might be above average weight. that makes me scared. not that i'm afraid of being fat. i don't wanna be thin either. when i see thin or even skinny girl, i just say in my heart that i don't wanna be like that, everrrr. i don't think thin is beautiful. i just wanna be fit and healthy. that's how i define physically beautiful. 

many of my friends are so 'bambam' because of the working life style. they get up in the morning. go to work. finished work late evening. go for dinner or even supper then sleep. this rotation will affect health dramatically in just in one or two years. my brother is also one of those who trapped in this kind of life style. in just 3 years, he get so many extra kilos, that makes him struggling with sleeping problem. because of that too, he had to consult to a 'pakar nutrisi'. i went to accompanied him with my mum. the doctor say, he must exercise regularly, eat in small portion and bla bla bla. kan dah susah tu bila kena jumpa pakar kan. 

i have ample free time at home. what i do is watch informative channel to help me to get educated with this stuff. hehehe. then i share the knowledge with my brother and mum. they listened inventively. kehkehkeh. i like. i like.   i'm so obsess with Kevin Zahri. i like the way he actually educate Malaysian about being healthy. he's not like typical 'orang-orang berpengetahuan' that instruct us not to eat this and that. ada sesetengah orang, say you cannot eat this and that at all. you know, the girls went insane and blatantly follow that because they wanna be thin. kesian. so kesian. for Kevin Zahri, instead of saying you cannot eat particular food, he would says, you can eat anything, but control your portion. his sort of motto, you have to enjoy you life. eat whatever you like. but control the intake. i don't believe in keeping the stomach empty to get a good shape too. menyiksa diri tu namanya.

i watch the Doctor talk show on channel 728. it's very informative. recently, it was about tummy fat. erk, i guess. so the conclusion of the show, you have to exercise regularly, drink tonne of water, have a good sex life ( kalau kahwin je eh, yang belum lagi tak payah okey), don't skip your meal but take in moderate portion and you have to know your calories that your body needs. untuk menghilangkan/membakar kalori, the doctor suggests to stand with one foot while brushing your teeth. heh, sound funny for me. but it works tau. besides, instead of just put the plates into dishwashing, you do the washing on your own. hahaha. in our case, do not use washing machine, wash manually with your hands? hahahha. mampu? memang hilang segala lemak tersembunyi. terus hilaang berat 3kg in 1 hour. ok, ni tipu!

i'm afraid to take any supplement too. never try vit. c ke, virgin coconut oil ke, kolagen ke, dan ape-ape je lah. so takut. tak pernah ambik peramping ke, ubat kurus ke, susuk ke. eh? hahaha. takut mengundang serious bad effects in the future. but, i heard we have to take supplement juga as to replace the deteriorate functions in our body system. Herba life maybe? i heard it's good. ok ke awak-awak? ingat nak try la. or should i take produk Beauty Umaira produk  Kak Ton tu? or Dr. Rozmey product? hahahaha
