erm....

Hi all,
I just changed my blog title ( is it title?whatever la kan). Last time I used 'Life is about fatalism'.Fatalism means a submissive mental attitude resulting from acceptance of the doctrine that everything that happens is predetermined and inevitable. In my words I can say that anything happen in our life is our destiny. Anything happen is already arranged by Allah and whatever happen, we not change His plan. Fatalism is also about resignation to a fate. I believe that we can't change our fate, our destiny. But last month, my younger brother asked me, why you use fatalism?Do you the meaning of Fatalism. I said' yes I do' and I explain to him what I understand and what I believe. He said, fatalism is something not very good to hold as a Muslim. Yaa, there's no doubt that life is about what Allah has planned for us but we still can change it by our effort to make it better and doa. That's why the concepts of qada' qadar is one of the important element in Islam. He said I can't simply say something like...oh, this is my life, Allah has planned it to be that way, and I just go on the flow...The concept is not like that.

Allah tak akan nasib merubah sesuatu kaum kecuali mereka sendiri yang berusaha merubahnya...
