I'm having a very busy week. I got too many assignments and at the same times, I got so many other things to do like Auckland Tour, Badminton practice, gathering and some other things. I'm not gonna attend of all of that. Just need to pick up things which should be my priority. I really enjoyed the tutorial because it was fun and I got pretty much understanding about the doubt about the lecture. Live is good here. I love it so much. There are many activities organized by the university to ensure that the students do not get bored and going crazy of studying. The activities are cool ( theater, free movie, concert ( never been there), games etc).
The thing that I enjoyed so much now is playing badminton. I have signed up for badminton club. Yesterday, I got badminton grading. It was like putting people into groups of same level of skills. The thing is that, I didn't bring my own racket because I don't have one. I met a girl from Somalia ( if I not mistaken) who brought extra racket. She borrowed me hers. How lovely.I was the only Malay and the only Muslim during the practice. I don't mind at all . I played passionately. In the middle of people I didn't know, I saw a Malay guy. I think he is. But he was not playing. He was like organizer. But I wasn't looking at him like I know him as a Malaysian. Later, I sat lay back against the wall. The guy that I though was Malaysian approached me. Then he asked
' First year ke?'
'Bukan first year, tapi baru kat cni'
' nak main bersatu games tak?'
'macam mana tu?'
' tadi tengok main, nak promote supaya main la utuk UMNO, tapi biasanya AMSA akn buat tournament dulu, UMNO macam xde perempuan yang boleh main, so join la UMNO'

That was how the conversation going on. He was promoting me to play for UMNO. He is the one who is involve in looking for new talents, I guess. Then I met, Bryan. He played badminton too. The first time I met him was during playing basketball. He knows all my IHian's friends. He said that he stick with my Malaysian friends because he don't drink. Nice then. We're looking for the tournament. He offered me to be with him for mixed double. Yup, I would love to. The practice finished at 8 P.M. It was already dark. I was alone. How to go back to HUIA? I have to cross the bridge. How can I do that alone, and yesterday was Friday night ( the most dangerous night of all, because it's the beginning of the weekend and people usually get drunken and Grafton bridge is dangerous for a girl at night). I decided to run as fast as I could.Luckily, I saw Azwan walking with his friends. He was on his way to O'rok. I asked him to accompany me. Luckily, I got somebody. I'm thinking of staying at Hawa's room at IH if I got practice next time.
This morning, we got BBQ gathering with all Auckland UMNO club members. Oh, I'm so excited to see many people I haven't met. We played games and our group won 3rd place. Rasa macam gathering nak raya.
