sometimes, you cannot help yourself from being extremely tired for no reason. demotivated for nothing. stress for overloads of works. annoyed to something/someone (?). OK, that's normal. we are human right? i suppose our emotions are easily affected by people around us and the environment we're in. and because of the changes. some things changed of course, largely because they are forced to change for the betterment or might be vice versa.
one of the way that i use to overcome this ( because i always in this state of emotion now; tired and heartless [malas nak layan orang]), i go for sport. get tired. so that i can easily go to bed at night. last week i slept at 10 every night. not too productive for a student who has so many things to think of. hehehehe. but go for bed early is good. when you wake up the next morning, you'll be fresh and feel like a brand new person. believe me! try it.

sometimes, i'll simply have to go without breakfast. that's really terrible. i can't survive without breakfast actually. hahaha. that's why the key word is 'SLEEP EARLY' so that you can wake up early.
another way to start fresh is to perform Subuh prayer. bak kata cikgu saya, 'kunci kejayaan seseorang bermula dari solar subuh'. if we settle with this one aspect, insyaallah Allah will ease our business. there's a different between people who perform their Subuh prayer to those who are not. we can see from their faces ( my teacher said). then, if you have spare time, read Surah al-Waqiah. Allah will expand your rezeki and it would come from any where that you never expected. if you think the surah is too long, you can read al-Mathurat. buy the handy one. easy to bring along anywhere you go, you can read when ever you have time. easy right? .. and another spiritual practice to seek calmness and rezeki is Dhuha prayer. it's hard for us, i know because the period of Dhuha is critical.we might having class at that time, working and etc. but try to find some time. and it is possible to do on weekends. there's a will, there's a way. Allah knows our intention.
